What internet speed is required?
For support and status monitoring only, all customers require an upload speed of not more than 1Mbps.
For video download, the required internet speed depends on several factors, and how often files need to be repaired via the internet. The faster the connection, the quicker files can be repaired. In the case of a complete satellite outage, the following speeds apply:
HD and SD: 21Mbps download
HD only: 14Mbps download
SD only: 7Mbps download
